Sizing and fit
Our sizes run from 14-22 (US sizes) and are true to size. Our fits are flattering and generous, fitting you well in all the right places.
If you are unsure of your size, please review our Size Guide which can be found on every product page and in the footer. If you are still unsure of your size, we recommend ordering one size up.
We also include all our model heights and sizes on each product page so you can determine your best fit.
Shipping is free for all US orders over $100. Shipping options depend on the destination address. See our Shipping Information for shipping costs and delivery times.
It depends on where you are. Orders in the US will take 3-5 business days to arrive.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-12 business days depending on location and service. For a detailed list for each country please see our shipping page.

The pandemic has caused shipping to become more expensive for all ecommerce stores. This is because lockdowns and flight restrictions have caused increased demand for shipping and also means there are less flights available for goods to be shipped on.
There is simply higher demand and less supply of shipping options, which means that shipping costs are higher this year than they've ever been.
Unfortunately we only have our Chicago fulfilment center right now, as we are a small independent brand.
This means all our orders are sent from the United States and means customers in other countries may have longer wait times than we'd like and shipping costs are higher than usual.
