We hope that you love your items, but in case you don’t, here is our Returns and Exchanges policy.

If you are unhappy with your item, or it is not what you expected, you have 14 days to return or exchange your item.

Please note, you will only receive a refund for the price of the Garment - not for any shipping costs.

If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative size or color, you have 14 days to return it to us and we’ll send you another at no additional shipping charge.


Return conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags attached to be accepted.
  • Items must not have any dirty marks, make-up or fake tan marks.
  • Items must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder.
  • Full Price items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Original shipping costs will not be included in the store credit amount, with the exception for approved faulty items.
  • Items that do not meet the requirements above will be rejected for a return and sent back to the sender.
  • Dani Marie is not liable for the loss of any garments being returned. We recommend sending your parcel back with a tracking number.

Faulty/ Wrong items

Sale items


We do not offer refunds for sale items, but we do offer free exchanges for sizes. You can also get store credit if you are not happy with your item for sale items.

How to return your item:

  • Please check that your items are eligible for a return by reviewing this policy and that you’re in the return date period.
  • Email support@danimariethelabel.com to initiate the returns process and state what your reason for returning is.
  • We will confirm the return address with you.
  • Send the items back by tracked post within the 14 day period.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return.
