Refund policy

We offer returns and exchanges on full-priced products (sale products excluded unless faulty) purchased online subject to the following conditions:

  • The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Garments are in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.
  • Full price items can be returned for store credit or refund. Please note that if you opt for cash refund, a $4 restocking fee will be deducted. 
  • Sale Items are accepted within 14 days for store credit only.
  • Please note, discounts cannot be retrospectively applied.

 

Return conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags attached to be accepted.
  • Items must not have any dirty marks, make-up or fake tan marks.
  • Items must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder.
  • Full Price items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Original shipping costs will not be included in the store credit amount, with the exception for approved faulty items.
  • Items that do not meet the requirements above will be rejected for a return and sent back to the sender.
  • Dani Marie is not liable for the loss of any garments being returned. We recommend sending your parcel back with a tracking number.

 

Faulty/ Wrong items:

Please contact our support team within 10 days of receiving your order at support@danimariethelabel.com.

 

Sale items:

Returns for store credit only.

Sale items purchased in major sale events such as Black Friday are non-returnable. Online warehouse sale items are final sale. No returns.

 

How to return your item:

  • Please check that your items are eligible for a return by reviewing this policy and that you’re in the return date period.
  • Email support@danimariethelabel.com to initiate the returns process.
  • We will confirm the return address with you.
  • Send the items back by tracked post within the 14 day period.
  • Please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it's received.
